How long will it take to ship my order?

If we have the kit(s) ready and in stock, your order will ship on the same day if you place the order before 12:00pm Eastern time.  If not, we will usually prepare the kit and ship it out the next day.  On rare occasions if we are unable to ship by the next day at the latest, you will be contacted and given some options.  This may happen if we have unusually high sales volume for a particular day that it takes us a couple of days to get the order ready. 

2020 HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE:

At the moment, we are shipping about 3 days past the order date due to a high volume of orders.  Additionally, for most destinations, there are 1-2 day shipping options available at checkout, however please anticipate potential shipping delays caused by increased shipping volumes that the carriers have to deal with, as well as delays related to the pandemic. We would suggest placing your order no later than Monday December 14th if you want to receive your order prior to the holidays.  If you place your order before December 14th, and we believe that you will not be able to get your order before the holidays, we will contact you with options.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada and the United States.  Note that any shipments to the United States may incur duties and/or taxes, which will need to be paid to the shipping company.  Usually, we will ship to the US via USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Will there be any customs or duties?

What is your quality guarantee?

We have a 100% quality guarantee.  If the product you receive fails to meet our quality guarantee, please let us know immediately and will do everything possible to make it right.  There are some things to bear in mind, however.  WondrBolt parts are made using 2 different processes: Injection Molding, and 3D Printing. 

Injection molded parts are generally consistent in quality and you can expect all injection molded parts to look virtually identical.  We use injection molding for our bolts and our standard nuts. 

All other parts, including any standard nuts sold before December 1st, 2020,  are 3D printed.  The 3D printing process produces high quality parts, however there can be some variability in the aesthetics of the parts.  There can also be some "stringiness" on some parts, where you will notice small wisps of 3D printing filaments attached to the parts.  These aesthetic differences do not in any way reduce the overall quality of the part in terms of its suitability to be used for its intended purpose.  Any stringing can easily be removed by simply puling it off the part.

How do you process refunds?

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of successful delivery to your door.  To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within this 14 day period and obtain an RMA number, as well as a free return label.  The product must be returned in an unopened and aesthetically undamaged condition.  Once we recieve the return, your method of payment will be credited 100% of the cost of the product.  We cannot accept returns without an RMA number, so please make sure to call us and get one before sinding the product back.
